Who we are
Campanyon is a marketplace for unique nature stays. You find and book overnight stays directly with local hosts, from treehouses and tiny houses to yurts, domes and glamping tents.
In 2024, two of Scandinavia's leading nature-stay platforms, Owayy and Campanyon, merged and created the Campanyon you see today. Over 60,000 guests have booked through us, with an average guest rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars.

Our story
Two dreams that met
Campanyon is the result of two companies with the same goal: to make it easy to experience nature. Here is the path that got us here.
The first tents
Childhood friends Magnus and Anton become some of Denmark's first glamping hosts. A small website and eight tents on a field in mid-Zealand.
Two tracks start
Magnus and Anton launch Owayy. The same year, Kristian and Alexander found Campanyon.
1,000 unique stays
Campanyon reaches 1,000 unique places on the platform.
The merger
In March the two companies merge under the name Campanyon and become Scandinavia's largest platform for unique nature stays.
50,000 happy guests
More than 50,000 guests have booked a stay through Campanyon.
Today we are a team across Copenhagen and Oslo, driven by the same idea that started it all: it should not be hard to experience nature.

Gifts people remember
An experience instead of another thing
We are not only experts at creating experiences people remember. We have also become the go-to for Danes and Scandinavians who want to give a gift that is out of the ordinary. Since 2018 we have sold thousands of gift cards for nature stays, and a Campanyon gift card has become one of the gifts people actually remember: a night in a treehouse, a weekend with a wild bathing tub under the open sky, an experience instead of another thing that gathers dust.
We have deliberately decided that our gift cards have no expiry date. You should not have to stress about getting away in time. Peace in nature should not have a deadline, and the gift should be used exactly when it suits the recipient.
Why we do it
You do not need to fly far away to leave everyday life behind.
The best experiences are often closer than you think: in a treehouse, by a fjord, or under a starry sky a few hours from home. Our job is to make them easy to find and book, in a way that respects nature and strengthens the local communities our hosts are part of.
